Please note that the transfer of King Street Medical Centre to Greengates Medical Group will be completed in two stages.

The business transfer will take place on 1 April. Clinical systems such as appointment bookings, test results, online services and prescriptions will be transferred on 14 April.

We will be in touch with any relevant things you need in the next two weeks. From 15 April, the practice transfer will be fully complete, and the current practice website will be re-directed to greengatesmedicalgroup.nhs.uk.

As part of this work, prescriptions due over the two weeks of Easter need to be ordered by Friday 3 April.

The last date for ordering prescriptions due on or after 13 April is Thursday 9 April before 12
noon.
