Complaints and Feedback
We welcome comments and suggestions that help us improve our service to you. The best way to do this is to fill in our Friends and Family Test (FFT). This will only take a few minutes to fill in. It asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses. When together with extra follow-up questions, the FFT gives a method to highlight both good and poor patient experience. This kind of feedback is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.
